Letter of Credit Form


LP&L will provide customers a credit reference to establish new service with another utility company or for any other reason where a utility credit reference may be required.  The Letter of Credit will include the customer name, service address, service period, and the status of the customer's pay history.  The status will include one of four credit ratings; excellent, fair, good, or poor.  For your convenience, LP&L will process your electronic request within two(2) business days of receiving it (M-F, excluding holidays).

Use the following form to request a Letter of Credit.  LP&L will mail or fax the completed form at your request.  All required fields of the form must be completed to process your request.  Additional information may be included in the comments box below.
