Budget Billing Request Form

Residential customers can now pay a fixed budget amount for their electric utility service. This helps reduce high bills in the peak usage season and allows you to budget better because you know what your monthly electric payment will be. No more roller coaster bills or trying to guess how much to allow for your electric utility payment.

• Be a residential customer of LP&L
• An account balance of zero
• Twelve months service at your current residential location

The billing system re-calculates all budget amounts the month of October and will reflect the new budget amount on the November bill.

Use this form to request the Budget Billing service.  If you wish to be notified of the budget amount please indicate that in the comments block of the form.
