Automatic monthly bank drafts for your utility service will save you time and money. You will not have to write checks, pay postage and remember due dates.
A copy of your utility statement will be sent to you for your records and your
draft will be included in your bank statement monthly.
Use this form to request the automatic monthly bank draft service. LPL will mail
you the necessary form to fill out and return to Customer Service in order to
complete your request to participate in the automatic monthly bank draft
service.
